We are proud of this achievement and are not afraid of calling it a paradigm shift in hearing care.

You can be a part of the success by joining our international R&D team in Denmark as “Hardware Electronics Project Leader”, and help to bring our leading hearing aid products to the market. You will work in a growing international company, in the medical-technical industry with many opportunities for professional and personal development. More than that, the job offers a variety of tasks and gives you the possibility to highly develop your skills within project leadership even further.

The job
In your new position, you will be a part of the R&D Hearing Instruments Amplifiers & Connectivity (HIAC) group, which is responsible for developing all electronic designs for our hearing aid solutions. Our goal is to deliver highly integrated, high performing solutions which meet our customers demand for attractive hearing solutions.

HIAC is part of the Hardware function that develops the complete hearing solution platforms consisting of both mechanical and electronic parts.

In each project, you will work closely together with the specific lead designer, project team and stakeholders across the organization - all projects are done in a close collaboration with our production. You will typically be involved from the early definition phase all the way to the final delivery to manufacturing. All development is done in compliance with our development model and quality processes.

You will furthermore be a part of the HIAC leadership team, where you will actively participate in delivering short term task execution, as well as developing the long term strategy of the group.

Personal qualifications
We expect you to hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc. within Electronic Engineering. You have a solid experience from designing electronic circuits, PCB layout, and manufacturing. If you come from a company within business areas such as medical devices, consumer electronics, hearing aids or the like, it will be a plus.

As a Project Leader, you are used to driving complex projects in a dynamic environment with a variety of stakeholders. It is an advantage if you have experience with multi-site development, since the HIAC group is operating in both Denmark and Poland. Furthermore, you should bring a large toolbox of project management tools that you thrive to implement in your projects.

With your strength in making decisions and eagerness to take on responsibility, you are able to understand the importance of tasks in order to secure that priorities are set according to the business strategy and goals set for the area.

You are a team player and motivator and you strive for achieving your goals within the given time with the resources available while maintaining high quality work. You are structured and you cope well with working with standard procedures and good documentation practices.

You are fluent in both spoken and written English, which is the corporate language.
