Imagine a future where you drive projects for Infrastructure Assets adjusting and develop assets to fit the future expectations adjusting to support the green transition

Join us in this role where you’ll manage projects together with the project team, asset owners, and daily operations and successfully drive them through all phases in our project model. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders and align expectations and make sure to follow up on time schedule, cost, and deliveries in a commercially constructive and positive way. You’ll focus on the project team’s performance, creativity, deliveries, and well-being.

Welcome to Project Management Office
You’ll be part of Project Management Office where you, together with your seven colleagues, will manage various projects for Infrastructure Assets adjusting and develop assets to fit the future expectations adjusting to support the green transition incl. EPC, SCADA, and CO2 reducing projects and adjustments to assets of the oil and gas infrastructure. At the same time you’ll be part of preparing and driving decommissioning of assets to make the assets fit for purpose over the lifetime of the infrastructure.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • project management for different projects in Infrastructure Assets to ensure successful end-to-end project deliveries in accordance with our governance and project model
  • balancing the workload for your project portfolio and make the resource management for the team, incl. internal and external members
  • interacting with all relevant stakeholders incl. asset owners, internal and external operators, support functions, and authorities to ensure deliveries on project targets
  • making the project teams excel and develop the competences within the team to make the best outcome both from a commercial, organizational, and personal perspective.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience as project manager within complex projects and advance to hold a project management certificate
  • hold a technical degree in relevant engineering discipline, such as process, mechanical, or production
  • are able to build a culture based on trust in the project and openly include own and team members learnings
  • understand stakeholder management and are able to use different tactics to reach the project key deliveries
  • speak and write English fluently, enabling you to report and present project progress and results in an international environment.
