Project Manager for 3Shape Academy

3Shape Academy is seeking a Project Manager to support the rapid growth and development of the 3Shape global Academy team. After-sales services is a high priority area for 3Shape, and delivering excellent training means that we are continuously planning and implementing new projects to elevate the customer experience.

We are therefore looking for a Project Manager to join our team to run strategic and tactical projects. You will be part of an Academy team of 50+ people around the globe, and be located within the Global Academy team, reporting to 3Shape’s Global Academy Programme Manager based at our Headquarters central of Copenhagen.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for driving development, coordination, progress, and implementation of 3Shape Global Academy’s projects and initiatives across Academy globally all related to the delivery of a great customer experience for both our resellers and end customers.
• You will be working with strategic partners (internal and external) on joint initiatives for training;
• Implementing new systems and procedures across the Academy team globally.
• You will ensure success in your projects through close and careful stakeholder management, as well as involvement of the local Academy teams and country managers in planning and implementation of new deliveries
• You will prepare slide decks and status for project meetings.
• You will join one other project manager, already working with other Academy improvement projects in Copenhagen.

Your Profile:

• You probably have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Didactic, Applied Pedagogy, or similar.
• You have a minimum of one - two years project management experience.
• You may have experience within the areas of adult learning, developing training concepts/programs, and e-learning or blended learning
• You may have worked as a consultant, and are results oriented.
• You are process oriented and structured.
• You have the ability coordinate across teams and functions within an organisation. 
• You instill trust and confidence among stakeholders, and are naturally outgoing.
• You have an international approach and outlook. 
• You are fluent in English.
• You are able to travel up to 20 days per year.
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoy meeting the challenges associated with working in a successful and rapidly expanding global company.
