Project Manager, Supply Chain, Bagsværd (maternity cover)
To continue the standardization and transformation of Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), we are looking for a qualified Project Manager to take the lead on digitalization, quality and offshoring related projects. The department is physically located in 5 different offices in the EMA region, thus change management and great communication skills are a necessity to be successful in this role, as not only timelines and milestone are important, but also the continuous onboarding of people into new processes.
We expect you to quickly familiarize yourself with our overall processes, which will allow you to take the lead on a wide variety of projects and larger tasks. However, you are also expected to coordinate the next event of our Service Academy in February 2018.
In this position you need to:
- Have a relevant master degree
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience from a similar position
- Have a strong personal profile and be willing to engage with people and processes
- Have strong communication, stakeholder and change management skills
- Be structured, analytical minded, and curious to understand complex systems/flows
- Be fluent in Danish and English - both verbally and in writing
