MAN Diesel & Turbo is looking for two Project Managers for Spare part sales

To secure our future growth according to a clear strategy and strong customer focus we are looking for a Project Manager for our Spare parts department. You will be part of our team of Business Support responsible for running and implement projects to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes improvement through IT system, e-business solutions and work process improvements. You will support key account clients, headquarter functions and 110 local companies.
 
Job responsibilities:
As Project Manager you will be responsible for implementation and development of key initiatives on time and on budget. You will likewise be responsible for creating full impact from your projects and measure the effect and outcomes to proof the results of your work.
 
Profile 1: EDI Project Manager
Your main responsibility is to ensure implementation of e-business solutions based on EDI or supplier platforms with selected clients. Also you will work on further developments with clients’ existing solution and be first line of contact to clients.

  • Project planning and scoping
  • Stakeholder management and track-meetings
  • Mapping customer needs, bridging needs into system improvements
  • Customer communication
  • Change management activities to ensure impact
  • Implementation, training, measurement, follow up & monitor
  • Communication to organization about progress
  • Travel up to 20 days per year to clients. 

Profile 2: Business Process Improvement
Customer Support and Sales work process improvements is your area of work. Preferable you have a LEAN approach and good understanding of IT business systems and work flows to ensure improvement in our way of working. This to the benefit of clients, subsidiaries and other headquarter departments 

  • Project planning and scoping
  • Experience with process work improvements in sales and customer service departments driven by IT and process improvements
  • Stakeholder management and track-meetings
  • Change management activities to ensure impact
  • Implementation, training, measurement, follow up & monitor
  • Communication to organization about progress
  • Travel up to 20 days per year. 

General Profile/Qualifications:

  • Documented understanding of Business Processes and IT
  • Understanding of change management
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience from international organizations
  • Project manager education is a plus
  • Able to communicate and on all levels in an international environment and be authoritative when needed
  • Interest in technical challenges within a competitive commercial atmosphere is a plus
  • Fluent in English both oral and in writing and able to communicate in Danish
