We are currently looking for a PMO analyst to become part of the journey to mature our ways of working with data, insights and analytics, and the ways we work with innovation projects. You will be a part of a small PMO team within Innovation Project Management. 
We are are responsible for driving the agenda of improving project data integrity, insights for decision making, and not the least supporting our growing team of project managers who executes our innovation projects. This is enabled by improving and implementing applications for data input, as well as for analystics, as well as building platform for standards and knowledge sharing for ways of working in projects and portfolio management.

Passionate about data & analytics
As PMO analyst, you will, as part of the PMO, be a key player in supporting the execution of Ambu’s ambitious project portfolio. We will support projects and line organisation through establishment of solid operational processes for project initiation, planning & forecasting, and demand & supply planning.
Your work will include using our data to enable insights for: portfolio and capacity decision making, learnings for future planning for the proejct managers and line managers, and setting up good check points for project and portfolio stakeholders to execute the projects and portfolio.
We aim to provide standardized operational support to project teams, ensure common project methodologies, promote knowledge sharing, ensure continuous improvement of our ways of working.. 
Therefore there will also be a lot of direct interaction with project managers to support them in their project initiation and execution. Your Background
To succeed in this role you are/ have:

  • 2-4 years experience in within a PMO, or project coordinator/manager in a product development industry
  • Passionate about working with data and analytics, such as TM1 solution, cubes & PowerBI
  • Experienced in supporting ways of working in projects, and have knowledge of different project management methodolgies
  • Well versed in communication and collaboration tools such as sharepoint, microsoft teams etc..
  • Good interpersonal skills to support the project managers and other stakeholders 
  • As a person you are structured, and data-driven and have a good sense of humour
  • Relevant educational background at Masters degree level

It is a requirement that you are fluent in oral and written English and that you thrive in a position that gives you the opportunity to travel about 10 days per year.
