We are looking for 4 Project Management interns, respectively for our Business Support Team, Legal Operations Team, Global Security Team, and Pharma Law.
As a Project Management intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting tasks and assume a high degree of responsibility. Supporting our senior management on strategic projects, global processes and other ad hoc tasks related to managing the global organisation.
In the upcoming spring you can expect to collaborate on tasks and initiatives related to strategic functional priorities while learning a lot about ‘basics’ in a corporate organisation, i.e., preparing slides, communication, developing/maintaining spread sheets, IT projects etc.
In this role, you will focus on your project management and change management skills by being exposed to multiple projects and having a high degree of global stakeholder engagement.
You can expect varied workdays where you will be responsible for structured analysis, driving and coordinating communication activities and have a high degree of global stakeholder engagement. In Global Legal & Patents, we are dedicated to continuously developing our employees.
Therefore, you will be paired with a day-to-day sparring partner, who will provide feedback on your work and help you maximise your learning journey.
- Internship period: 6 months
- Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week
- Start date: 1 February 2022.
- Internships are remunerated (12.000 DKK), if your educational track allows
- A Danish full-time work permit is required for non-EU citizens (Please note that there is work permit fee app. 3.000 DKK)
The candidate should be able to relocate to Denmark and obtain a CPR-number (Please read more information about Danish Immigration Law)
We are looking for students interested in developing their project management skills. You are currently studying for your Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
We prefer if you already have general knowledge about project management and experience in engaging with different stakeholders. Comfortable with the MS Office package and flair for IT and software implementation might be considered as an asset, as well as interested in legal field, but it is not a strict requirement.
- Strong analytical mindset, and are comfortable in combining your qualitative and quantitative skills
- Organised, structured, and able to communicate clearly and concisely with different stakeholders
- Able to take leadership naturally and have high professional expectations for yourself and your colleagues
- Thrive in a busy work environment, where you are keen to bring a “can-do” attitude and owning strong work ethics
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Having good academic credentials as well as relevant work/extracurricular activities experience next to your studies.

Global Legal & Patents is in the Head Quarter of Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark with around 80 employees in Bagsværd, Denmark, and approx. 300 globally. We are responsible for advising and supporting the business on various legal matters and drive strategic projects to the benefit of the function and our stakeholders.
