You’ll be part of HV Cables Development & Operation Management where you, together with your colleagues, will devise the most reliable and competitive solutions to support our bids and the safe operation of our assets. Within our team of experienced engineers, you’ll have the unique opportunity develop your career in the offshore renewable sector, learning from experienced colleagues across the globe. As a team, we’re a bright and ambitious bunch that truly cares about what we do and for each other. We have a high degree of flexibility and trust as well as value new ideas and improvements.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • proposing improvements of our standard technical requirements for array and export cable design, based on lessons learned from asset projects and our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) department
  • supporting procurement activities for replacing or repairing cables and accessories
  • aligning with interfaces across the organisation through strong stakeholder management to ensure reliable and cost-effective solutions for upcoming project.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a bachelors or master’s in engineering.
  • have a basic understanding of cable designs and international standards
  • may be familiar with cable manufacturing process
  • are interested in building upon your knowledge to better understand design parameters and manufacturing processes of submarine and onshore cables
  • have strong analytical skills, a high level of personal drive, and a high learning agility
  • have a collaborative mindset.
