Project coordinator at INVISIO Communications A/S - Hvidovre - Denmark

We are now looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to further strengthen the development of our advanced communications products. Responsibilities
INVISIO develops- and sells products that interfaces to a broad range of electronic audio equipment such as professional communication radios, intercom systems, headsets, etc. and we always have a large number of active projects to tailor the interfacing functionality between our products and such systems.

The projects are typically high pace projects with a short turn-around time and are run in close contact with the customers. The projects start from product specification, run through product development until documented and ready for production.

We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to manage the coordination of these many system integration projects. The job is to scope the projects, clarify their requirements and execute them with your team mates in a time efficient and goal-oriented manner. Keeping an overview of the projects as they pass through the different phases of development and getting projects completed on time with a high quality is key in this position. To aid in this task you will be using a project database which you need to keep up-to-date with the projects status as they progress.

You will become a member of INVISIO’s System Integration team consisting of skilled electro-technicians as well as electrical and mechanical engineers. Furthermore, you will interface with all other parts of the R&D organization as well as with external partners.

Technical Skills and Competencies
To succeed in the job, you have experience from working with product development yourself or from coordinating projects in a product development environment.

Furthermore, you:

  • have a technical background
  • are experienced with Mechatronic products
  • have an interest in electronics and acoustics
  • have knowledge about manufacturing documentation and manufacturing processes
  • have experience from Project coordination and/or Project management
  • are familiar with Stage Gate development models
  • have a flexible/adaptive mindset which can cope with multiple simultaneous projects
  • have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English
  • can understand Scandinavian languages (useful).
