We are looking for a structured and proactive Production Technology Engineer who is passionate about supporting the production and can work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver results in safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Overall the responsibility of this role is to make sure that production is running and daily improved.

Your work will be full of unplanned tasks, but your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Ownership of processes in selected assembly and production processes
  • Analyzing cause and effect relations and implementing preventive actions
  • Driving production improvements projects
  • Development of assembly tools and fixtures
  • Implementation, operation and maintenance of production equipment
  • Improvement of the production based on LEAN and DFT

You will work in close collaboration with Quality, Production and R&D regarding continuous improvement of our production. Collaboration will be in both Danish or English, so both languages is required at a reasonable level.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education
We imagine you have an educational background as a Production technologist, Production or Machine or Integrated design Engineer and you have a good basic mechanical and technical understanding of production processes. Furthermore, we expect you to be knowledgeable and/or experienced within:

  • Production optimization through LEAN tools
  • Solidworks and generally have solid drawing comprehension
  • Project management of smaller projects
  • Change management processes

Experience from a similar production department or production optimization position is an advantage, but talented newly graduated are welcome to apply too.
