Production Engineer to our HQ in Odense, Denmark
Are you our new skilled Production engineer? Do you thrive in optimizing production and daily operation? Do you think process, when thinking goals?

We are looking for a structured and proactive production engineer who is passionate about supporting the production and can work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver results in safety, quality, delivery and productivity. You feel good about working in a vibrant environment which will challenge your professional skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Owner of processes in selected assembly and production processes.
  • Drive production improvements
  • Analyze cause and effect relations and implement preventive actions.
  • Implementing new equipment in production.
  • Operation and maintenance of production equipment
  • Close collaboration with Quality, Production and R&D regarding continuous improvement
  • Introduction of new product improvement by change management processes
  • Owner of 0-series processes
  • Responsible for production-optimizing projects
  • Participation in the development of a new production concept based on LEAN and DFT
  • Improvement of assembly tools and fixtures

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

  • Production or Machine Engineer
  • Mechanical and technical understanding of production processes
  • Experience with change management processes
  • Experience with production optimization through LEAN tools
  • User of ‘Solidworks’ and has solid drawing comprehension
  • Experience with the management of smaller projects
  • English and Danish at a high level (oral and written)
  • Experience from a similar production department or production optimization position is an advantage, but newly graduated are welcome to apply too.
