Did you know that Migatronic were the first in the world to introduce a CE approved CoBot with a welding machine - our so-called CoWelder?

At Migatronic we are expanding our Product Management department with several new positions. The position as Product Manager is a new and key position with focus on product management of our standard automation solutions, here among the CoWelder.

As Product Manager you will be part of the business development team which is being formed right now. To some extent, you will therefore be part of forming the position with a big degree of freedom to perform your tasks.

Roadmaps with customer focus
The main responsibilities as Product Manager are to create a roadmap for our future standard automation solutions including pricing and creation of business cases. Together with your colleagues in Product Management and R&D you must ensure that the roadmap is executed in due time. Another important focus in this position is to generate specifications and identify the customers’ needs through customer feedback evaluations. As Product Manager you will also:

  • Update and identify new products.
  • Generate roadmaps for all standard automation solutions.
  • Follow-up on progress on R&D activities related to new products and solutions.
  • Handle internal administrative functions across multiple departments and our locations in Fjerritslev and Aabybro.
  • Evaluate Customer experience.
  • Be the link between the market and internal departments - R&D, Marketing, Sales etc.

Technical, Energetic and Team player
You could be a Business Developer or System Designer. More importantly you have technical capacity within the robotic industry and preferable experience with automated solutions and business knowledge.

We expect you to be a team player with good cooperation and communication skills, since you will work closely together with system integrators, business partners, salesmen, end-users, R&D, etc.

As Product Manager you possess business sense and know how to prioritize what is important. You are energetic and goal oriented. Furthermore, you work systematically, and can effectively plan and manage several projects simultaneously.

Finally, it is important that you understand, speak, and write English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

The department
Product Management is currently under build-up. The purpose of the department is to maintain and expand the active portfolio at the Migatronic Group. As automated solutions is expected to be in increased demand in the future, this business area is important for the planned growth of the company
