We are looking for a Product Documentation Specialist with special interest and flair for creating compliant product documentation, anchoring technical product knowledge and writing customer notification letters.

This position is a 2-year temporary position in Business Support which is part of the Product Design & Application department in Human Health, Chr. Hansen A/S, located in Hørsholm.  Chr. Hansen, Human Health is the market leader within probiotics for the supplement, pharmaceutical and special nutrition industries. The Product Design & Application Department covers a wide part of the business from new probiotic product developments to product implementation and customer support.

The job
As our new Product Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Business Support team whose main responsibility is to create and maintain accurate, correct and compliant product documentation, support sales with statements, questionnaires and other product related documentation as well as maintain and optimize processes and systems used for documentation and support. You will conduct technical day-to-day product support to our sales organization & other internal stakeholders while working closely with the experts and teams in our organization, across the entire value chain and across business units: Global Sales, Global Product Managers, Marketing, Business Development, Supply, Production, Regulatory, Innovation, Design & Application, Quality, Registration etc.

Your tasks will be:

  • Product documentation - pre-documentation & std. documentation
  • Handle special topics like halal, kosher, allergens etc.
  • Manage artwork & packaging material documentation
  • Support execution of product changes - managing and writing customer notifications
  • Support product implementations
  • Maintain product master data
  • Maintain & optimize processes & relevant IT systems
  • Secure conformity to and implementation of legal & regulatory requirements
  • Train stakeholders and new employees

Your personal profile
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in food/pharma/technology or equivalent and is either newly educated or has a few years of relevant work experience. It is essential that you have both a commercial and technical mind-set and basic knowledge of food/pharma GMP would be preferred.

Further:

  • You have a special interest in delivering best-in-class product documentation in a commercial setting to meet customer documentation demands
  • You have strong personal drive, are outgoing, have a proactive approach and take individual responsibility
  • You are structured, systematic & detail oriented
  • You enjoy team spirit, and collaboration with experts across the business and will contribute to synergistic knowledge sharing
  • You enjoy having a busy and versatile work day being service minded and focused on customer’s needs balanced with commercial acumen
  • You have experience with various IT systems like SAP, MS Office, MS Sharepoint
  • You have excellent English skills in both written and oral and you have a great ability to get your point across
