Process Management Engineer
We are looking for a Process Management Engineer for our dairy enzyme production site, location Graasten, Denmark.
With approx. 45 employees, site Graasten is modest in size - but we are a crucial player as we are the world’s largest producer of enzymes for the dairy industry. We have the advantage of being both small and big at the same time as we are part of the Chr. Hansen family. At site Graasten we have an informal and friendly atmosphere; you will have multifaceted tasks and only a short way from thoughts to actions.
We need you! Due to our success - we are seeing increasing production volumes and are also expecting to grow significantly in the coming years.
You will be part of the Operations department supporting and preparing the production department for the future. You will have an interesting mix of operational and strategic tasks in cooperation with skilled colleagues.
You will be responsible for our production processes, making sure we can fulfill the expectations of our customers. You will set up, maintain and optimize our processes in cooperation with our sales and innovation departments.
We are preparing for significant major investments in the coming years to cope with the increasing demands to our production. In these projects you will, in cooperation with our project department, be a key player for designing our processes for the future.
The ideal candidate has an educational background as Process or Chemical Engineer. You preferably have minimum 2-4 years experience from the process industry combined with excellent analytical skills.
As you frequently will be communicating with Chr. Hansen affiliates outside Denmark, you should speak and write English on a reasonable level. Preferably, you also speak and write Danish - if not you should be willing to learn Danish.
You should have good communication skills as you will interact with people from various backgrounds in your daily work: Operators, engineers, sales people and scientists.
