You will join our Process Excellence department
As our new Process Excellence Consultant you will be part of a team of process experts involved in facilitation of workshops, training, improvement projects, supporting managers globally in improving the customer satisfaction on our services. The Global Process Excellence team is located in Denmark and in India, we work with tools as ServiceNow, PowerBI, BusinessOptix. We work with techniques ranging from ITIL and BPMN to BI and ML. We focus heavily on digitalization of our processes to ensure data to drive data-based decision making.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Driving process improvement initiatives across support functions
- Implementing Processes in our workflow ServiceNow
- Coaching and facilitating process workshops for managers and employees
- Contributing to continuous development of our processes and tools
- Support and contribute to ongoing transitions and transformations
- Training in Lean and other improvement techniques
- Measuring and Managing performance of processes
Your starting point for constant growth

For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc, Cand.oecon, Cand.merc or similar)
- Relevant process management certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.)
- 3-5 years process management/improvement experience
- Experience with workflow tools
- Superior communication skills in Danish and English
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Being a confident communicator, being an expert in how to improve process and support managers in their journey and knowing that in order to improve process performance you need to be able to change people’s mindset and behaviour
