Process Engineers for process development and production support of optical waveguide components
At Accelink Denmark we are working on expanding our production capacity and strengthen our technical processes to increase our output. Accelink produces optical waveguide components, mainly AWG’s. The production takes place in a cleanroom and uses many of the same technologies as semiconductor production. Both positions will be a part of the Process Engineering group, having the responsibility of keeping all production processes optimized and efficient. This also include development of new processes and ordering new equipment. The group consists of 5 engineers and a lab technician, working together in an informal and culture diverse environment.
Key tasks:
- Maturing and stabilizing production process
- Troubleshooting process and equipment errors in liaison with equipment service engineers
- Ordering and supervising installation of new process equipment
- Process development of new process on both exciting and new equipment
Qualifications:
You are strong in experimental work and have experience in plasma processing or general semiconductor processing. You hold a M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree with a relevant profile in engineering or physics. Preferably, you have skills in some of the following areas:
- Plasma processing, etching or deposition.
- Process optimization
- Cleanroom environment
- Semiconductor processes
- Project planning
- Statistical process control
Work experience from a high-tech manufacturing company will be an advantage. You speak Danish, and master English at high level in both writing and speaking.
Personal skills:
You are action-oriented and highly motivated in problem solving. You are systematic, analytical, and can prioritize multiple tasks in an ever-changing workday.
You are used to plan and manage your time, meeting deadlines and working with multiple projects. You are outgoing and can communicate easily with a wide range of people in an international organization.
