Process Engineer, Supply Operations, Bagsværd.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Process Engineer for our Granulation department in Bagsværd. The department supplies enzymes to especially the detergent and animal feed industries where expectations to quality and physical properties are high. The market is diverse and customers want tailormade products delivered within a short time-frame. There is a need to free up capacity and improve flexibility by introducing innovative solutions to the growing demands.
The department consists of nearly 70 employees employed with 24/7 production. You will be part of our staff function with direct reference to the Associate Manager responsible for the downstream process.
As process engineer you will be responsible for product performance as well as driving strategic process and technology improvement initiatives in a vibrant production environment.
The work will be carried out in close cooperation with highly skilled colleagues and other production and development departments within Denmark and our global organization.
In this position you need to have:
- A background as chemical engineer, biochemical engineer, or equivalent
- Experience with process design and unit operations particularly powder technology and spray processes
- Experience with Lean is considered an advantage since we improve continuously
- Fluency in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
- Good data management understanding and skills
