Process Engineer and Graduate, EMA Operations in Kalundborg
We are looking for two new colleagues to our production site in Kalundborg to be part of our graduate program for future leaders. We have two open positions, one in our Process Support Team in Enzyme Recovery and one in our Granulation department. You could be part of one of our strong teams of engineers in Kalundborg with exciting responsibilities such as:

• Daily production support
• Introduction of new products and equipment
• Continuously improvement of the production processes together with our skilled operators
• Follow up on product economy

Furthermore, you will be part of cross-functional teams working together to develop the next generation of enzyme products and ensure that these are brought efficiently into the market. You will need to translate your scientific understanding into everyday real-life big scale production issues.

Both positions are part of our graduate program in EMA Operations. As a Graduate in EMA Operations, you will be part of a team of passionate graduates with high ambitions and leadership aspirations. The Graduate Program will take you through three different positions in our departments in Kalundborg over the coming 4-5 years.

Candidates who have shown successful results and leadership competences throughout the program will be offered a leadership position.

In these positions, you need to have:

• A BSc or MSc in Chemical engineering, Biotechnology engineering, Biochemical engineering or Food Technology
• Experience with commercial scale unit operations
• A proactive approach and be ready to take responsibility
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Excellent Danish and English skills - oral and in writing
• Preferable located or willing to re-locate close to Kalundborg
