Work Package Owner in projects and Process Technical lead
You will become a Mechanical & Process Package Owner in our Global Engineering investment projects.  With your technical and leadership skills you will ensure that the mechanical and process discipline in projects are executed successfully with respect to technical solutions within your package, coordination between other packages and disciplines, time and budget. 

In close collaboration with your nearest colleagues and project teams in the global process management department you will be a part of a team responsible for taking the technical lead for harmonizing process documentation and process equipment on a global level.
 
More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Act as Work Packages Owner (WPO) in Global Engineering projects - Project Manager skills: responsible for team coordination, budget, time planning, documents, installation & qualification
  • Process / Mechanical technical lead in investment projects (provide technical documents: User Requirement Specifications, P&ID) 
  • Support on technical and process related issues (mechanical design solutions)
  • Provide Global standard documentation package (URS, design specifications, P&ID) 
  • Support Programmes providing process equipment estimates 

You will liaise with people covering project management and technical teams in Global Engineering, Quality departments, EHS, production chemists, external consultants etc. You can look forward to travel up to 30 days per year depending on projects etc. You will be based at our Avedøre site in the Copenhagen area but you can expect to be located at our site in Roskilde and Hørsholm while participating in projects.

Mechanical engineering knowledge and experience from food or pharma production
You hold a degree in mechanical engineering or similar backed by +5 years’ experience from food or pharma production where you have gained knowledge within process engineering, regulations and GMP. This includes several years’ experience from working with hygienic/aseptic mechanical design, preferably for fermentation & freeze drying plants, as well as validation and qualification life cycle. In addition, you have knowledge of quality principles (e.g. V-model, CV & PQ).
 
On the personal level, you must be outgoing and thrive on building strong relationships with people. You also have very good communication skills including the ability to explain complex stuff in an easy understandable way, in Danish and English written and spoken. Via your project experience you know how to motivate colleagues to support your agenda. Related to this you know when to compromise and when to stand fast.
