Are you looking for new challenges in a truly fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, you could be our new colleague in Fermentation at our production site Fuglebakken located in Copenhagen N. At Fuglebakken we produce enzymes primarily for the food and beverage industry. Our plant comprises of large scale fermenters running at full capacity to support Novozymes’ overarching growth strategy.
As Process Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of products with focus on operational performance, capacity utilization, and product quality. You will drive problem solving and continuous improvement activities directly related to production processes and equipment. You will work closely with engineers, technicians and operators, and collaborate across disciplines in Supply Operations.
The ideal candidate has experience from working in a similar or related field in the process industry. However, newly graduates will also be considered.

In this position, you need to

• Have a M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar technical education, potentially combined with a Ph.D.
• Have a practical approach to your work and thrive in a production, where decisions often need to be made fast.
• Be a dynamic, committed and outgoing person with a can-do attitude
• Have good collaboration skills with stakeholders at different levels
• Apply data analysis to support troubleshooting and optimisations
• Work with attention to the detail while keeping focus on the direction and the most important priorities
• Have good communication skills with fluency in Danish and English
