Join us in this new position to help us achieve a better post market surveillance. In this role, you will be sure to make an impact on the safety and quality of our current and future products while you make your way across the GN Hearing organisation and our markets.

Welcome to Corporate Quality - we understand hearing
In GN Hearing, we are known for helping people with hearing challenges rediscover hearing through technological excellence. In Corporate Quality, you join our new Customer Focus function in Ballerup, Denmark. Here, you will be the appointed coordinator for retrieving and analysing feedback on products, regulatory and compliance issues, cyber security issues and process issues.

Help us improve
In this role, you locate and act on issues to help us make better and safer products for our customers. You own and drive our global post market surveillance quality process, creating reports that feed into R&D development projects and aim to solve and avoid identified product and process quality issues.

Specifically, this includes:

  • Giving post market input to and collaborating with Global Audiology, R&D and Risk Management as well as Sales, Marketing and Global Operations
  • Creating information, evaluations and conclusions to the organisation based on e.g. complaints, CAPAs, risk management and clinical evaluations
  • Working on issues related to our product development process, manufacturing performance, information security and compliance
  • Supporting our sales subsidiaries on the product-related feedback process
  • Helping initiate corrective and preventive actions related to e.g. labelling, production and procedures

Listen to our customers
“You join two colleagues in a recently established team, listening to our customers and acting on their behalf. As you challenge our current products and processes to transform and better how we do things right now and in the future, you will be sure to help us make life sound better,” says Head of Customer Focus Göran Granqvist who is looking forward to welcoming you.

Technical understanding and great collaboration skills
You will be a highly visible profile in the organisation, and you are structured enough to create valid reports, yet comfortable taking up new issues with new people. Thus, you will need great collaboration and communication skills as you will need to establish connections to all stakeholders within the processes you touch upon.

Your qualifications:

  • You may have an engineering background or a similar technical understanding
  • You are analytical and great at retrieving and structuring data and combining it to useful information
  • You communicate effortlessly in English, and you are ready to travel 20 days yearly
  • For the right candidate, we will provide training in medical device standards (ISO 13485 and QSR) and risk management (ISO 14971) - any previous knowledge of these is an advantage
