Do you want to help realise our ambitions within bioenergy and be part of the roll-out of our waste-to-energy plants globally?

Join us and become Planner and Risk Manager in our newly established EPC & Construction management department in Green Waste Solutions (GWS). You’ll work on our portfolio of Industrial Biogas and Renescience Projects along with the Project Director and EPC Manager. The EPC area is responsible for developing and executing Asset Projects as well as running our Product Line development programme.

In GWS, we’re responsible for pursuing new growth within bioenergy. Renescience is an innovative new technology within waste recycling, of which biogas is an essential part. Our goal is to be the world leader within sustainable, efficient and intelligent use of the resources in waste from households, farming and forests.

Industrial biogas is one of our strategic focus areas, and an important ambition of GWS is to build, own and operate industrial biogas plants.
 
Your key tasks will be to

  • act as planner and risk manager across our project portfolio and establish best practices and tools within planning and risk management
  • compile overall project plans based on data from project team
  • prepare and carry out risk workshops on project economy, planning, authorities, project construction, commissioning etc.
  • prepare and continuously update project risk register and record preventive/precautious measures
  • participate in assessment of measures implemented or any consequences of not implementing these measures. 

In addition, you’ll provide support in relation to quality assurance of the supplier time schedule and project changes caused by delay/acceleration. You’ll also collect lessons learned throughout the project, as well as continuously improve planning and risk management tools and processes to help professionalise the execution of our Industrial Biogas & Renescience pipeline.
 
Your competences include that you

  • have a relevant degree in engineering or similar
  • have substantial experience with planning and risk management from complex asset projects, preferably biogas, infrastructure or waste-to-energy projects  
  • have experience, knowledge and competences equivalent to PMI SP (PMI Scheduling Professional) and PMI RMP (PMI Risk Management Professional)
  • have solid experience with Microsoft Project (MSP)
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.

Furthermore, you have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks, and you speak and write English fluently.
