Join us in this role where you’ll be technical responsible for the supplier collaboration in our established framework agreements. You’ll play a key role in performing early SCADA network and communication systems design, preparing call-offs from framework agreements, facilitating the qualification of new suppliers and contractors, and ensuring that we improve our technical solution based on lessons learnt for HVAC & HVDC transmission systems in our wind farms.

You’ll be part of Electrical Engineering Management where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for providing high quality and innovative solutions within the High Voltage AC Product Line. Together, you’ll work on challenging tasks with international colleagues spread across distance. The module team is responsible for creating project-specific requirements, design, supplier selection and framework agreement call-off of SCADA network and communication systems where project management is key to enabling the complete delivery within the agreed time frame, budget, and scope.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing projects in Product Line in a fast-changing environment, where you have the capacity to create structure and set directions for your project team
  • creating and maintaining contract baseline documents incl. Employers Requirements, Time Schedule, Risk Register, etc.,
  • facilitating the supplier qualification process, in collaboration with category managers, subject matter experts, and supplier quality managers, ensuring and agreeing priorities on supplier development
  • co-ordinating across teams to prepare and issue high-quality tender documents to the potential suppliers, evaluating the bids and providing guidance on proposed solutions from tenderers
  • handing over signed contracts to the internal project organisation that executes projects based on the delivered contract material.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in IT or electrical engineering combined with experience, preferably from the energy sector
  • have professional knowledge, based on extensive, relevant technical and commercial project management experience and, preferably, experience with PMI and FIDIC terms
  • have hands-on experience in automation systems
  • have a detailed understanding of network topologies, communication protocols, and telecommunication systems
  • have a strong analytical approach, enabling you to quickly handle a range of complex tasks
  • can convey information to all key stakeholders verbally and in writing in fluent English, as we operate in an international environment.
