Center for Energy Informatics, Maersk McKinney Møller Institute, University of Southern Denmark, invites applications for 3-years PhD and Post Docs positions. Starting date is November 1st, 2017, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The announced positions are part of the center's ongoing research projects with industry. The specific research will address the investigation and development of innovative software solutions for optimizing the energy-use in buildings and industrial processes. The innovative software solutions will utilize recent advancements in data science, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud-computing, and cyber-physical systems.
We seek energetic and dynamic candidates who will be able to contribute to the center's research in general and to specific research projects in particular.
The preferred candidates have:
- A master level degree within either computer science or software engineering
- Good analytical problem solving and practical programming skills
In addition, preferred Post docs candidates must have:
- International publication experience, including conferences and journals
Salery will be at least 41.500 Euros a year.
