Pan-EMEA Marketing & Sales activities
At our global HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen, you will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Programs, James Hart, who is based overseas. 

As our new Student Marketing Help, you play an integral role in improving our Pan-EMEA Marketing & Sales activities. You are an important member in a small, dedicated team of Marketing experts, where you will get hands-on experience with projects that support our teams and channel partners across the world.

Your primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Data analysis: evaluate marketing investment and activities, gauge the success of a campaign, and communicate meaningful results across departments
  • Support the development of new marketing deliverables, online and offline
  • Maintain the internal (e.g., finance, global marketing, international sales and marketing teams) as well as external (e.g., service vendors, channel partners, agencies, analysts) communications on all levels, in support of the daily business
  • Help maintain the database of marketing deliverables and digital tools: contacts (CRM), budget tracking and finance request tools (P2P), etc.
  • Help with organizing and executing various events (e.g., webinars, conferences, team meetings, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively by using Video, Social Media tools, Newsletters, Blogs, etc. with the opportunity of expressing your creative side through any additional projects you would like to be a part of

Your experience and background:
The position is ideal for a student with structured interest in marketing, visual communications, online and offline creative  production, and process optimization. In addition, you:   

  • Are studying a relevant degree and have minimum 1-2 years left of your studies
  • Wish to develop your project management skills
  • Hold a high degree of professionalism, and apply a structured approach to solving your tasks
  • Know how to navigate digital tools and Apps and you are comfortable with MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Are highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Enjoy working individually but also strive in teamwork
  • Are motivated by working in a dynamic and global organization
  • Should be comfortable working remotely, with your direct manager being based overseas

As our new Student Marketing Help, you will work approximately 15-20 hours a week – with the option to adjust your workload around exams etc.
