How to contribute to our vision
For our Service Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team, we are looking for a talented OT Cybersecurity Sales Engineer, to manage our cybersecurity products within OT/SCADA network engineering.
In the PLM team, we define and manage the portfolio of products and services which bring value to our customers throughout the lifetime of their assets. It is our aim to build trust-based partnerships with our customers and to keep their turbines turning, learning and earning even more.
You will be a part of our Power Plant Systems product line, defining our sales support processes for our cybersecurity products targeting new service sales in close collaboration with our sales teams and the product managers managing our cybersecurity product portfolio roadmap. Together with the product managers you work with a commercial mindset in close collaboration with customers, to deliver value-adding products that solve customer needs today and in the future.
As a Sales Engineer, you will have the main responsibility to define and manage the sales support process for our cybersecurity products targeting new service sales together with project sales teams. You shall be prepared to participate and facilitate customer meetings and negotiations in relation to cybersecurity as part of our sales and bid processes. You will act as the main liaison between the product managers and the sales team to ensure we deliver on customer requirements, manage business risk and execute on our overall strategic roadmap now and in the future.

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world towards renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with
- OT Cybersecurity - preferably in a business context e.g. as a governance manager, strategy manager or product manager
- ISO27001, IEC62443, the NIS directive, NERC-CIP etc.
- Vendor/supplier management, tendering, contract negotiation/management and/or sales processes in relation to cybersecurity products
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
