How to contribute to our vision
To support development and ensure optimal operation of our Cybersecurity teams in the Service business unit, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Cybersecurity Architect for driving our cybersecurity area to the next level. You will become a part of a strong, dedicated, and diverse team, working at the forefront of technologies in the OT cybersecurity domain (SCADA and Network), where you get the chance to influence and shape the future of OT cybersecurity products and strategies and critical infrastructure for our customers.
From an operational perspective you will support development of Cybersecurity products for both new sites and the legacy fleet. Furthermore, the OT Cybersecurity Architect provides architectural support for the global Cybersecurity organization, Regional Operation, dialog with external suppliers, and technical advice for defining the Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
In this role, we expect of you a broad understanding of the OT Cybersecurity domain, and the capability to link the knowledge to both the business (SGRE), customer requirements, standards/legislation and the projects being developed. The role is Global and covers all SGRE technology brands. OT Cybersecurity Architects are involved throughout entire product lifecycle from initial PRS (Product Requirement Specification).
Work tasks include:
- Participate in architectural reviews of new Cyber Security Solutions to make sure that the solution fits service and customer needs.
- Creating new Cyber Security designs together with our SCADA software and SCADA hardware development department for both new sites and legacy fleet.
- Supporting both internal and external customers in integrating sites in service into the SGRE Cybersecurity scope.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation such as IEC62443, NERC-CIP and ISO 27001 standards.
- Providing architectural and technical advices for our CPSSO (Chief Product Solution & Security Officer) for Product Management and Governance Risk and Compliance.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Networks or similar and holds at least one relevant Cybersecurity certification – e.g. SANS, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP etc. in combination with thorough practical experience with:
- OT Cybersecurity and SCADA Systems
- Managing Cybersecurity products, supporting SCADA teams or clients
- Designing and implementing Cybersecurity Solutions (Project Management)
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in diverse cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach. English is our corporate language, but good Danish language skills will be a great advantage, especially in social contexts.
