Join us and become Organisational Change Management Consultant in Group IT where you’ll be responsible for the development and subsequent implementation of business-critical systems in the organisation. The Organisational Change Management team is building a systematic approach to OCM using a standard framework to increase business benefits. Furthermore, agile and SAFe have been implemented in IT, and we’re developing new ways of working with OCM to serve the agile way of working. 
 
We offer the opportunity to join our Organisational Change Management team where you and your colleagues will spend most of your time delivering value in ARTs and on Epics.
 
Your key tasks will be to

  • drive readiness and impact assessments
  • build an OCM strategy for larger Epics
  • act as the ‘voice’ of the OCM Framework within the project teams or the ART, ensuring that appropriate methodologies and tools are applied and utilised
  • plan, conduct and lead OCM activities in ARTs and on Epics.

 
Your competences include that you

  • have extensive experience with OCM as a change lead and are accustomed to using best practice methods and tools
  • have a proven track record of producing deliverables that meet organisational needs
  • have a solid understanding of IT, agile thinking and project management
  • have an appreciative and collaborative mindset and know how to navigate between stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • have solid experience with standard change frameworks like ADKAR and the agile framework SAFe.
