Operations Process Manager for improving internal processes

Would you like to help us shape the future of offshore wind energy?

Join us and become Operations Process Manager in Operation Preparation Projects where you’ll be responsible for reviewing and improving our internal processes as well as driving various other projects.

Operation Preparation Projects is part of Wind Power, which is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power. We use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the past 20 years, we’ve developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe.

Your key tasks will be to

  • lead the development, improvement and implementation of standardised operations project management processes which are required for the efficient and successful set-up of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for offshore wind power projects
  • identify key risks and improvement areas in the execution of operations preparation projects, capture and implement lessons learned across portfolio and lead in the development and continuous improvement of asset transfer process
  • standardise procedures across the portfolio of operations preparation projects
  • manage cross-portfolio projects within O&M set-up on time and budget and lead continuous improvement in budget and programme control
  • lead on various operations set-up projects as required.

Your competences include that you

  • are educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant discipline
  • have project management experience or process improvement experience
  • have an understanding of the business and strategic operational issues.

Ideally, you’ll have experience implementing change projects, as well as having commercial and business experience.
