About the department
The department Operational Planning (OP) is anchored in Supply Chain, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. It consists of 50 dedicated colleagues focusing on short-term supply mitigations and tactical supply network planning, bulk planning between sites, master production scheduling and cPlanning, which is in charge of harmonising in order to harmonise and standardising the current and future supply chain planning.

The position
You will be part of OP Optimisation & Projects team, a team of 9 colleagues from 5 different nationalities. The team is anchored in the Operational Planning department and is overall responsible for data analysis, business intelligence, process optimization, production site transfers, project management, and LEAN supporting the entire department.

Your task will be to support the department in analysing data and process optimization which will help the department take the right decisions. We will also find a project for you to work on during your internship.

The internship position is 6 months paid period.

Qualifications
We are looking for an intern, who is passionate about initiating and driving continuous improvements in a supply chain context. You are currently studying on your Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any other relevant degree.

  • Able to see solutions instead of problems and you take initiative to implement these solutions
  • Professional and personal impact that is reflected in you desire to make a true difference

In addition, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. Having an innovative and creative mind-set is a benefit since communication will be an important part of the work. Beside this, positive, independent, energetic, and flexible personality is the key word.

As the OP Optimisation and Projects team is an international team with a global footprint you must be able to speak and write English fluently. Fluency in Danish would be an advantage.
