Then this job might be your next career step. Join us and get insight into the launch of new web shops as you assist with market intelligence and monitor product prices.
We are looking for you to join our Online Sales Organisation (OSO) responsible for all B2C online sales generated through more than 50 websites across Europe. Here, you will work to support sales growth through our online shops and marketplaces.
A primary task for you will be to monitor prices on different products, including blinds, shutters and windows, sold in different markets. You will monitor our own web shops and competitors as well as Amazon, eBay, etc. and local marketplaces in e.g. France and the Netherlands to spot incorrectly stated prices and gain insight into the overall market and best practice.
You will also:
- Assist with maintaining and developing our custom-made online price monitoring system, Price Trakker - we will teach you how to use it
- Contact the provider of our monitoring system if issues arise
- Help the Content team in setting up and creating content for promotions and campaigns
"If you have the interest and analytical skills, we welcome you to take on other exciting tasks. For example, you can help us retrieve and analyse price data, calculate price comparisons and develop reports and insights that we can use for decision-making and optimising consumer experiences,” explains Banu Erdem Kvistgaard, Online Product and Pricing Specialist, OSO, who will be your manager.
We would like your help 15-20 hours per week. The scheduling of the hours is flexible and will be adjusted to your study programme.
Among colleagues or fellow students, you are known to be curious and organised with a meticulous attention to detail and an analytical approach to understanding consumer behaviour. You also thrive with working in an international setting.
- You are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or similar
- You have an interest in digital sales and analytics
- You have a knack for numbers and analysing them - and preferably skills in Excel
- You speak and write English fluently - other European languages will be a strong asset
Joining an international department of more than 40 colleagues scattered across Europe and 17 located in Hørsholm, you will work closely together with especially the Product & Pricing team as well as the rest of OSO - including shop managers, Content, Customer Experience, IT, Analytics and more - to ensure maximum performance of our online shops. In our team, you will also have the company of our other student assistant, who helps us with the back-end of our shops.
