Offshore Logistics Specialist to develop and define solutions

Do you want to be part of the offshore logistics team and design a study of an efficient, flexible and green strategy for building our offshore windfarms? 

Join us and become our new Offshore Logistics Specialist in Offshore Logistics & DPR, where you’ll be responsible for defining, developing and delivering our cross-package offshore construction logistics solution.  
 
Your key tasks will be to 

• establish requirements for offshore facilities to support construction of the offshore wind farms 
• analyse and define the logistics solution for offshore transportation and accommodation of personnel and goods 
• manage the process of developing the logistics solutions, including estimating costs and time frames, managing specialist resources and delivering the optimal solution on time 
• develop logistics scenarios supporting construction plans and variable scopes 
• develop future logistics solutions with supporting business cases and development plans. 

 Furthermore, you’ll drive standardisation within development and procurement of offshore logistics solutions, and you’ll support data driven decisions within concept development.  
 Your tasks will not be limited to the above. 
 
Your competences include that you 

• have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or another relevant degree within the field of engineering or logistics 
• have a logistic mindset 
• have solid technical or project management experience in a logistics field, preferably transporting people. 
• have knowledge of contracts and decision making using numerical models 
• preferably, have experience from the offshore wind industry and more specifically from planning logistics in construction projects. 

 
Moreover, you have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks, and you speak and write English fluently. You thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
