Newly graduated Engineers with interest in design of pipelines and subsea structures
We are winning more and more projects and are looking for talented, motivated and theoretically well-founded Engineers to join our project teams. Do you want to work in a project organisation with analysis, routing and design of offshore pipelines? Then we hope to hear from you.

Designing world class subsea pipeline systems
As an Engineer you will be part of our pipeline engineering team working on projects determined by our clients. Our teams typically comprise 5-10 members working on a project with duration from a few months to a year. We believe in learning, so you will be having hands-on working on specific projects from the start. Therefore, you will from the onset of your career have responsibility for project deliverables; from definition of tasks, performing analyses, design, preparing reports and presenting the results to our clients.

In doing so, your primary task will be to define methods for solutions, perform analyses and design document calculations and therefore your main focus will be on following engineering disciplines:

  • Perform structural finite element analyses using ANSYS
  • Prepare routing and design of offshore pipelines containing topics as theory of solid and soil mechanics
  • Design of pipeline components and protective structures

We have a high focus on training our engineers, and it is important that you acquire the right competences to solve your tasks. To ensure this, a mentor will be assigned to guide you. We will strive to dedicate a mentor who matches your experience and personality, and the mentor will be working on the same project as you.

For the first 1-2 years of your career, the priority will be to gain knowledge within all the different disciplines involved in pipeline engineering. This is obtained by a combination of training/workshops, hands-on work and courses

Talented engineer with focus on clients, projects and your own development
We work in a dynamic and challenging environment where every project demands new tailor-made solutions. It is therefore important that you show a great deal of commitment and that you are able to apply your technical knowledge to real life tasks. Learning new skills and using new technologies is an inherent part of the job, and it is important that you embrace change with a positive attitude and adapt quickly into our team. At the same time, you are an excellent team worker, an appreciated colleague and a good sparring partner for your clients. Finally, you take responsibility for actions in your project and it is natural for you to set high standards for quality.

In addition, you possess the following qualifications:

  • M.Sc. Engineer e.g. Structural or Mechanical Engineering
  • Completed courses in FEM analysis, marine structures or structural strength of steel
  • Internship from other engineering company e.g. oil and gas business will be a plus
  • User level of Finite Element Analyses by using ANSYS or similar
