Navision Consultant for experienced and international ERP team

Years of experience combined in a solid team
At our HQ in Ballerup, you will step into our Navision ERP team within the Global IT Department. In total, we are 20 business consultants, architects and developers across Denmark, the Philippines and Malaysia who provide ERP solutions to the ever-changing business of GN Hearing.
Together, we combine years of experience by listening to the business, challenging each other and transforming the way we work with ERP.
“We currently work with Navision 3.60, 5.0 and 2009, which will also be your focal point. Down the line, we will embark on a journey towards Dynamics 365 FO – the next generation of intelligent cloud business applications. And you will join us,” explains Peter Haals, Director, Navision ERP.
Develop business processes and supporting IT solutions
As our new Navision consultant, you will primarily be participating in and delivering on Navision ERP projects as the main link between the business and our Navision developer. This will also take you travelling for up to 30 days a year for projects globally. To some degree, you will also support the business by writing up requirements for minor enhancements, coordinate test and facilitate training.
Our day-to-day global second- and third-line support is handled by the team in Manila, but a minor part of the support is delivered from Denmark where applicable.
Providing quality communication on ongoing tasks with involved customers and stakeholders with regards to proposed solutions, resolutions timelines and requested information is an essential part of the position.
You know you are successful when you set clear expectations with relations to open cases and change requests, capturing business demands and feeding these to the Navision ERP team or to relevant development groups, such as our eCom team, for development and implementation.
ERP experience and great process understanding
As a person, you are able to build positive working relations with key stakeholders in order to gain an understanding of direction, recognition of efforts and facilitate users to improve system knowledge. This is also where your strong knowledge of systems and your excellent process understanding comes into play, allowing you to describe exactly what is needed in a pragmatic, professional way. Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience with ERP, preferably from the hearing aid industry, and it is a great advantage if you already have Navision experience
- Have documented experience from an international company
- Are ready to learn all about the GN business, our processes and business needs – and will be great at translating these into Navision
- Are fluent in English
