The Operational Engineering design team is responsible for developing, testing and implementing design solutions within the Rotor Nacelle modules. We are working with various internal colleagues in Sales & Projects, Procurement, Manufacturing and our global R&D department.
For our team in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design and coordinate various design activities such as project specific solutions, second source of components, warranty cases and error corrections found at either supplier or in our supply chain. You will be part of a larger global department with colleagues in Denmark & India.

In the position as Mechanical Engineer you will have the responsibility for developing, testing and implementing various design solutions. The cases will have different impact on the product and therefore you need to be able to do stakeholder management. You will build up your own plans for the various cases and be responsible to secure that your deadlines are reached in time.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You have a degree in Mechanical engineering combined with some work experience - craftsman experience will be advantageous. You need to be outgoing and proactive and you possess the ability to work both independently and in teams. You thrive in a multi-cultural environment and have a structured approach.
It is key that you have excellent analytical and practical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks within a global organization. You have the ability to interface on all levels in a dynamic environment and provide efficient case handling from problem identification to actual implementation. You are fluent in English both written and oral.
