About the position / Who are we looking for
Supporting our business and customer experience through digital platforms is a strategic priority for Chr. Hansen, and we are now looking for a talent that will drive our global marketing automation program. You will become a focal point for business success at the intersections of sales, marketing, and IT. 

Your area of responsibility and tasks

  • Drive the development and optimization of automation workflows to support sales productivity and marketing processes (e.g. set up full nurture flows)
  • Set up email campaigns, templates and landing pages based on Chr. Hansen digital guidelines and best practices
  • Define KPI’s, measure performance, and optimize conversions (e.g. based on A/B testing or other data-driven approach)
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop and refine lead scoring (MQL, SQL) to measure and categorize intent and interest
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to maintain database health by ensuring data cleanliness and completeness across Pardot and Salesforce 
  • Create and enforce governance process around marketing automation globally, incl. defining and setting user roles 
  • Drive the further development of the marketing automation and Pardot roadmap, incl. specifying requirements as well as training and maturing the organization within this discipline

Your personal profile and experience

  • 3-4 years’ experience using Salesforce and any marketing automation platforms. Pardot certification and experience is a plus
  • Preferably a master’s degree in marketing and/or digital where you graduated in top 10% but we will consider other backgrounds with relevant experience and capabilities  
  • Solid understanding of the marketing technology space and a digital marketing background having run campaigns and executed on global B2B marketing automation programs with set KPIs
  • Experience working with multiple business stakeholders and gathering input across IT, sales, marketing, legal, and corporate communications
  • Experience in combining technical skills with digital marketing and creativity, and thrives with balancing both development and more operational tasks
  • Demonstrated proficiency with managing data across platforms
  • HTML/CSS proficiency or knowledge is a plus
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills

About the department
You will be part of the Customer & Sales Excellence team which has a long history in Chr. Hansen, contributing to creating a foundation for close customer relationships and thereby enabling Chr. Hansen to continue its high growth momentum.
