To support our global transformation project, we are focusing on Production Optimisation across our global dairies to deliver a lean and cost efficient supply chain.

Our Manufacturing Intelligence & Technology team play a role in this by using data analytic tools to convert process data into process understanding to enable optimization, e.g. to increase yield and reduce waste at our dairies. We are driving projects all the way from analytical preliminary work, over continuous improvements of product and production processes to evaluation. We use relevant statistical methods and Manufacturing Intelligence tools, like QbD, DoE, SPC and advanced sensors.
