Do you want to be part of ensuring that we keep the integrity of our structures throughout the lifetime of the assets?

Join us and become the Manager of Integrity, which is part of Structural Engineering in the Foundations division, where you’ll be responsible for managing 14 employees. You’ll be the daily leader of a department which mainly covers integrity assessments of existing assets as well as corrosion protection initiatives in the design phase. Your main tasks will be to ensure the best conditions for the team members, and to ensure that competences and tools are developed and combined in the most efficient way. Together with the Senior Lead Corrosion Specialist, who is the technology owner of the corrosion area, you’ll define the direction and the ways of working in Integrity to achieve a common goal.

Your key tasks will be to

  • formulate the strategy and set the direction for Integrity together with the Senior Lead Corrosion Specialist
  • handle the development of the department staff
  • handle the day-to-day operation of Integrity
  • maintain resource plans according to the demand
  • ensure timely delivery of projects.

In addition, you’ll be part of the Structural Engineering management group and take on actions from the group. You’ll drive changes in your own department and potentially at Structural Engineering level, and you’ll communicate with all relevant stakeholders at all levels.

Your competences include that you

  • have an engineering background
  • have some experience with leadership
  • speak and write English fluently
  • are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.

You have a pragmatic and structured way of working. As team members are located both in Skærbæk and in Gentofte, you have a strong ability to enhance the feeling of being part of the Integrity team.
