To keep up with demands, we are now looking for a new program manager for our Research & Development Department to work out of our Innovation Center in Hillerød. Here, you will work closely with six other R&D managers each managing their own segment.
You will be responsible for overall program management of leading edge instrument projects from system design to successful market launch. You will lead the project managers in charge of the projects, and you will ensure highly ambitious project execution according to quality, time, scope and budget.
You will report to the VP for R&D HW Programs as you:
- Lead and coach your team of project managers
- Take strategic responsibility of our electronics group
- Create clear road maps and pipeline specifications for your team
- Carry out direct project management of selected individual instrument projects which typically last 1-2 years
- Make sure that we incorporate commercial aspects and a customer-centric approach in our product development
You thrive working in cross-functional teams and know how to facilitate, inspire and coach your team. Your success will depend on being outstanding in program and project management of integrated product development. Moreover, you:
- Have strong technical and strategical knowledge with a scientific degree in electronics
- Have strong communication skills, and probably also commercial experience, and are aware that our key priorities are developing and delivering solutions that cater to the needs of our customers
- Are fluent in English as well as Danish
- Have a Danish work permit
