Oversee and determine the strategic direction for the tech support department 
As the new Manager of Customer- & Product Support at CAPRES, you will be reporting to the Head of Operations and lead the customer- and product support activities within CAPRES and the KLA support organization. In this position, you will be responsible for minimizing interruptions of CAPRES systems installed at customer sites in collaboration with KLA’s global support service organization. Furthermore, as the leading part in the ongoing optimization of CAPRES’ support team, you are going to set up an efficient remote and hands-on support function in connection to system interruptions in collaboration with KLA’s service teams in USA, Asia and Europe. Moreover, as the team leader you will oversee the development of a culture in the department where ownership, coordination, preventive problem-solving and teamwork are the primary areas of focus in order to become the customers’ trusted advisor.  On occasion, you will take active part in resolving customer support cases remotely or “hands-on” at customers’ lab or fab.

Ambitious high-tech professional 
We expect you to have a technical educational background as engineer or equivalent, combined with a high technical level of knowledge acquired through hands-on experience with high-tech products. It is important that you are experienced in leading an escalation process and working closely with customers to reestablish trust in your team as well as products. Furthermore, you must have experience in developing a winning team, strong governance, pragmatic policies and efficient work processes. You are used to working in an international based company and are comfortable with English as the primary business language.
