Diabetes Finished Products in Novo Nordisk is seeking an engaged student for a salaried internship to site Hillerød Finished Products department.  Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) represents a global part of the Novo Nordisk organisation, employing approximately 6,200 employees in Denmark, China, Brazil, France and USA.

The position
You will be working as management support in our Assembly department and report to a Director and support the seven Associate Managers. The department is responsible for 24/7 production of FlexPen® and FlexTouch®. Key tasks will be to develop new governance for daily follow up on our operations performance and monthly follow-up on our strategic initiatives.

Other tasks will be to develop and update performance KPIs related to our performance boards, and drive optimisations of our reporting structures to help the organisation save time.

We work with systematic problem solving and you will receive training and drive production related problem solving as part of your internship.

Internship period: 3-6 months
Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
Start date: 1 September 2020
Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
A Danish full-time work permit is required
 
Qualifications
We are looking for an Intern, who is passionate about initiating and driving continuous improvements in a production context. You are analytical, structured and comfortable managing your own time and deliverables.

Besides this, personality and drive are key word. You are positive, independent, energetic and flexible. You see solutions instead of problems and you take initiative to implement these solutions. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to make a true difference. In addition, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. You are very familiar with excel and possibly with VBA programming.
 
You are currently studying on your Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any other relevant degree. But key is that you are eager to learn about manufacturing and management.
