About the department
You will be a part of the cLEAN® team which consist of 5 dedicated LEAN Specialists. The team is working hard every day to develop and optimise our LEAN tools and standards. They drive optimisation projects across the organisation and coach our leaders to have the right cLEAN® mind set.

All cLEAN® Partners are allocated to support our different departments in DFP Hillerød.

You will report to the Manager of our cLEAN® team and have a professional reference to the Department Manager in the department you support.

The position
In Novo Nordisk, LEAN is more than just a lot of different tools. LEAN is a culture and a mind-set that you always have to continuously develop in your department. You do this by supporting your department with the right amount of coaching at all organisational levels, and by educating locally and at the cLEAN® academy. You will have a lot of stakeholders to support and you will have a big impact on the department’s LEAN standards and results.

In our department, we always have to have an overview and you will be guided by data and data will drive which optimisation projects that will be prioritised next. You will approach the projects with data, and you will analyse current state and future state, to make sure your project is bringing value and has the right effect. You will drive LEAN projects from start to end to ensure the projects are implemented, anchored and creates value for the business. Your role will be to find and realise development potentials and drive our LEAN strategy in the department and across the site. You will work closely with the other department cLEAN® and take part in planning the future cLEAN® journey.

Qualifications
You hold a higher education and have solid experience within LEAN tools and LEAN management. Preferably, you know tools like A3, Value stream mapping, Yamazumi, and SMED, and you have a strong data mind-set.

Personally, you are a team player but are not scared of working on your own when you are coaching leaders or collecting data in the production. You master communication and behaviour at all organisation levels. You have experience with implementing and developing LEAN and you naturally involve and motivate your colleagues. You are an inspiration to those around you but also manage to challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner.

It will be an advantage if you have experience within process optimisation, systematically problem solving and project management.
