The position
As our new Student Assistant, you will be an active member of the cLEAN® team, support cLEAN® partners in assigned departments, and contribute to cross initiatives and responsibilities as and when needed. 

The key tasks for this role are included, but not limited to:

  • Be an ambassador for the cLEAN® agenda and support the continuous strengthening of the cLEAN® culture at all levels in the department
  • Assist cLEAN® partners with the implementation of cLEAN® initiatives, such as Leader Standard Work (LSW), Visual Management (VSM), Systematic Problem Solving (SPS), and Continuous Improvement (CI), such as KATA
  • Assist the rest of the team on cLEAN-related topics

While the role requires creativity and the ability to innovate, you should also be comfortable with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing email correspondence, preparing presentations, assisting with event planning, and providing general administrative support as needed.

You are a Student who is currently enrolled at university in a relevant subject matter, such as Engineering, Chemistry, or Production. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have a positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. 

In addition, the following skills and experiences are not mandatory but may be advantageous for the role:

  • Knowledge of LEAN
  • Aptitude in analyzing data and trends to support strong decision-making
  • Experience in organizing events, workshops, and teaching.
  • Fluency in English and ideally also Danish (written and verbal)

About the department
At Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød, we produce high-quality injectable products for patients with serious chronic diseases worldwide. cLEAN® is part of the Operational Excellence department in Business Support in IFP Hillerød, and we are responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives that move the organisation towards LEAN production.

The team, which consists of 13 cLEAN® professionals plus student assistants and interns, all have a strong passion for LEAN. The team is organised centrally, with cLEAN® partners allocated to support each department. We continuously work to strengthen our LEAN systems and culture at the site as part of our journey toward LEAN production. Here we are striving to build an army of problem solvers, who can execute systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement. We are maturing the organisation by teaching, facilitating, and coaching our leaders and employees on the shop floor.
