About the department
At IFP Hillerød, we produce high-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. cLEAN® is part of the Process Excellence department in IFP Hillerød and is responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives that move the organisation towards LEAN production.

You will join the cLEAN® team which consists of 8 cLEAN-Partners responsible for different departments. The cLEAN® team is organised centrally but every partner is allocated to a department. As a cLEAN® intern, you will become a member of a highly ambitious and engaged team working on shaping our continuous cLEAN® journey and have the opportunity to assist on all levels and across all departments.

The position
We want to strengthen our LEAN systems and culture at the site as part of our journey toward LEAN production. Here we are striving to build an army of problem solvers, who can execute systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement. We are maturing the organisation by teaching, facilitating, and coaching our leaders and employees on the shop floor. You will support the different cLEAN partners with everything from developing SEE systems, data analysis, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation.

Practicalities:

  • Internship Period: 5-6 months
  • Start date: Around 1 February 2023.
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week (flexible during exam period)
  • Salary: 12.000 DKK/month, if your educational track allows it
  • Workplace: Hillerød

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled at university within a relevant subject matter such as Engineering, Chemistry, Production, or Business, supplemented by relevant LEAN experience from a comparable position or certification (Six Sigma, Lean, Project management e.g.).

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
  • Great interpersonal skills are required since the position will include frequent interaction with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Ability to approach tasks in a structured way with an analytical mindset, both in terms of data and processes
  • Solution-focused and service-oriented, and keen on collaborating on projects as a part of a team
  • As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication
