Lead IAM Architect with business focus

Do you want to spear-head our IAM Initiative?

Join us and become Lead IAM Architect in the Identity Access Management team where you and your colleagues will be responsible for rolling out new IGA, PAM and MFA solutions. The department is newly established and is dedicated to supporting our IAM Initiative. You’ll work closely together with our IAM architects and specialists to support our requirements across domains and units.

Your key tasks will be to

  • participate in a tender to choose the new global IGA solution
  • build and maintain strong business relationship with the IAM manager and the team setting the vision and scope for IAM
  • be the main project driver for one or more of the IAM initiatives (IGA, MFA, PAM)
  • participate in steering committees and report to stakeholders
  • support and advise on access-related organisational change management.

Your competences include that you

  • exhibit a business focus to secure best possible collaboration with key stakeholders in the organisation, using your ability to explain complex issues to customers and peers
  • display a high level of commitment and perseverance, all while working collaboratively with other departments – both IT and business
  • have experience in IAM security architecture, policy formulation and deployment of IAM security capabilities in an enterprise environment
  • have experience with architectural delivery in IGA or AM solutions (e.g. Omada, SailPoint, One Identity, ForgeRock, Ping Identity etc.) and with PAM products such as ManageEngine or others
  • have an understanding of role-based authorisation methodologies and authentication technologies.

Additionally, the position requires strong inter-personal skills and experience in strategic problem-solving across various teams, being able to motivate and drive others towards the goal. You must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
