Kassow Robots is a dynamically growing company in the field of robotics which has created a unique range of collaborative robot arms. The company’s first products have been on the market for several years and now the R&D team needs a highly skilled Lead Electronics engineer to take the overall responsibility of the large portfolio of in-house designed electronics which are key components in the final products. Furthermore, in this position the responsibility will include strengthening of new product development and working on projects related to optimization of the current product portfolio.
Kassow Robots strong technology has been recognized also outside Danish borders and recently Bosch Rexroth acquired a majority stake in the company, ensuring a solid financial backing and a strong intention to scale the business globally. Kassow Robots can offer an attractive compensation package.

Reporting to the founder and CEO of the Company, you will be responsible for further development of the high-performance electronics driving and controlling the servo motors and industrial I/O in the products.
The electronics are compact and they drive high electric currents at low voltage. Advanced sensors give feedback to the control electronics based on a TI and ST DSP. The candidate should have an interest in and an ability to understand the electromechanical system which the electronics control.
You will be part of a small team of passionate and highly skilled R&D engineers, where all contribute every day to reach goals. You can feel this spirit in every corner of this tech-savvy environment.
- You are an expert on designing around 1kW power electronics
- You understand heat dissipation of mosfets and electronics in general
- You have an understanding of electromagnetism
- You have some knowledge of control theory
- You are fluent in English (oral and written)
WITH PASSION AND PERFECTION
You have an education as an electronics engineer. It is important that you have a thorough approach and can design circuits that work in the first iteration. At the same time, you must have a deep understanding of discrete components and be able to develop reliable electronics with a long service life under changing environmental conditions. We expect you to be flexible and a fast-learner, as our setup is continuously evolving. You are excited about development and results, and you have an analytical approach to your work. You are structured and know how to work independently as well as part of a team. You thrive in a busy working environment and have a passion for solving complex tasks.
