As Launch Manager, you will join an ambitious team – part of Food & Beverages Global Marketing - dedicated to strategically growing our Grain Processing & Beverages business by bringing exciting innovation to our customers. You will be working in an international, cross functional setting and be commercially responsible for driving high impact innovation projects to market. Your work will be centered around innovation from both a business development and launch management perspective. Initially your focus will be on driving and supporting the execution of our most critical launches. Subsequently the job will entail more focus on business development to support our new product development pipeline.
The job will be based out of Novozymes’ headquarters in Denmark and you will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and Launch Management.
In this position you need to:
- Have a technical or commercial background (MSc) and professional experience from business development, launch management or management consulting (+ 7 years) as well as experience with running commercial partnerships.
- Be a true marketer with ideally a strong track record within the F&B industry.
- Have a strategic and analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving as well as proven abilities in turning complex technical products into commercial concepts.
- Have a passion for innovation and proven track record of bringing commercial concepts to the market with winning value propositions.
- Have excellent people and communication skills and the ability to convincingly engage with internal and external senior level stakeholders.
- Be ambitious, have positive attitude and a desire to make a difference.
- Be able to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
