Junior Operations Engineer

We are looking for a junior operations engineer to join our Copenhagen team of young and talented engineers (part-time, 15 hours per week). We are a well-established and rapidly growing start-up with offices in Copenhagen, Krakow, and Budapest, which has grown from 15 to 40+ people in 2 years and is leading within the area of simplified and automated online advertising solutions.
About the role
The Operations team in Copenhagen is expanding and is looking for a creative and driven part-time junior developer to help us with taking care of our clients. Thousands of clients use our platform daily and your role will be to help them achieve what they want. This involves closely working with our Operations team and Client Success teams in troubleshooting the platform issues, debugging, working with RESTful API’s and our cloud databases. In addition to the technical support, your tasks will include participating in the development of applications and services for the Client Success team as a part of our Monitoring and Operations (MOPS) internal portal. You will have a chance to be taught by our software engineers and craft your skills. Tech-stack/keywords:
- Familiarity with common algorithms, data structures and complexity (required).
- Strong desire to learn and grow (required).
- Experience developing in .Net Core with C# (required).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (required).
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of software design and testing.
- Basic knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with OOP best practices, SOLID, 12FactorApp.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
