Junior consultant, 1-2 days a week

A position as junior consultant with Valcon could be the beginning of your career in consulting. If you are currently studying your master’s and are eager to prove your talent, we have a great opportunity for you.

This is a fast track to a career in management consulting.

You will be

• Cooperating closely with skilled and experienced colleagues, who are leaders and experts, young ambitious consultants and naturally fellow junior consultants
• Working on projects in some of the most interesting Scandinavian and international companies
• Gaining project experience and a consulting toolbox
• Working on a steep learning curve
• Working on a flexible schedule that will allow you to focus on studies and exams

Can you say yes to the following?

• A relevant bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree well under way
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in English
• For the Swedish offices: excellent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• The courage, confidence and maturity necessary to enter the client’s world directly
• Integrity, respect, curiosity and an open mind
• A good sense of humour
