IT System Specialist with SQL and DevOps experience

We are 10 employees dedicated to building and maintaining product development processes & IT systems that allow our R&D colleagues to develop high quality, inventive and safe products.

We enhance and maintain our IT systems that help us document, store requirements, test results and other relevant data to align with regulatory authorities and ensure that our products safely make the world sound better through our state-of-the-art hearing aids.

Your Work Responsibilities

Your responsibilities can be summed up to working with the following systems and tasks:

• Facilitating modifications/improvements, testing, validation, and documentation of our IT solutions
• Provide end user system support and system documentation
• Heavily involved in our TFS (Team Foundation Server) solution but also as a contributor in Agile (QMS) and AX LMS solutions
• Secure cross organization communication initiatives to highlight system updates, changes, and availability
• Coordination of explorative IT system improvement initiatives

The work will develop your system and requirement defining skills while further improving your eye for detail and your coordination and collaboration skills. It is also a great chance to work with many different and skilled engineering groups and learning them how to efficiently utilize the system.

Your main stakeholders will be in R&D (who are the main users of the involved systems) and IT (who are responsible for the operational part of the system). However, you will have work tasks that will require interaction with most departments in GN Hearing.

Expected Qualifications

We are open to a variety of backgrounds. We do expect you to have the basic IT and technical skills in order and furthermore we believe the following can increase your chance of success in the role:

• Experience in working with different IT Applications and Systems
• System admin experience and interest in compliance or working in a regulatory environment
• Experience in working with technical documentation
• Analyzing and coordinating skills, systematic approach and a good collaborator
• Experience developing data management solutions and reports
